Ran into a strange issue today that I figured I would post about. I had a client that was using Organizational Forms Library to create forms and tasks. I believe the issue was a user “Re-Published” a form with the same name as the existing one and it would not load for some users. They were using a mix of outlook 2007 and outlook 2010 clients. I was able to resolve the issue by clearing the forms cache on the Outlook client, i.e. File->Options->Advanced->Custom Forms->Manage Forms->Clear Cache. I also created a new profile just to make sure. After that was done I was able to view the form from all computers.
